Before you share your idea with us however, please download our Confidential Disclosure Agreement, and fill out the form. (If you experience issues viewing the disclosure in your web browser, please right-click the link and save the file to your computer and open it there). Mail, fax or email the completed document to us, whereupon we'll sign the CDA and send a copy back to you. The CDA will protect the intellectual property of both parties (you and Hampton Direct). After you have received our signed copy of the CDA, you can then send your product idea along to us, as a sketch, a detailed rendering, a photo or even a prototype. Be sure to include an adequate description of it so we can understand what the product does, and if you have applied for a patent.
